Hi, I'm Philippe Boucher.

I deploy, secure, and manage Apple fleets — Mac, iPhone, and iPad — for organizations, using Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and Mosyle. This site is where I write up what I learn doing it.

Day to day, the work covers the full lifecycle: MDM setup through Apple Business Manager, zero-touch deployment, security and compliance baselines, and the scripting and automation that turns a new hire's first day from an IT scramble into a five-minute setup. Lately a lot of that automation involves AI — I build tooling (including an MCP server for Jamf) to manage fleets faster, and I write about that too.

I work with the major MDM platforms daily, which means I have opinions about when each one is the right call — and when it isn't. I work remotely, in English and French.
